Jennifer Stolp is a partner in the Global Banking practice and is based in Johannesburg. She has acted for the largest banking institutions in South Africa, international banks, corporates and other institutional investors in relation to cross-border syndicated lending, acquisition finance, project finance, trade finance and restructuring and insolvency matters.
Jen has a focus on and passion for emerging market finance, particularly in Africa.
