Overview

Jerry is an associate in the Technology Transactions Practice, within the Firm's Global M&A Group. Jerry's practice focuses on transactional matters involving intellectual property (IP) and technology, ranging from standalone technology transactions to the IP aspects of private equity, M&A, and other corporate transactions. Jerry represents strategic and financial clients in a broad range of industries, including financial technology, social media, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and energy.

Jerry is a member of the Firm's New York Women's Initiative and Summer Associate Program, which was ranked the #1 Summer Program in the nation in a survey conducted by The American Lawyer.
