A consortium of financial institutions: representation of a consortium of Polish and international financial institutions in connection with PLN 5 billion financing of the Polimery Police project carried out by Grupa Azoty, consisting of a propane dehydrogenation installation (PDH installation), a polypropylene production installation (PP installation) and an auxiliary installation including storage terminal and logistics and shipment area. It is one of the largest projects ever implemented under the project finance formula in Poland.

Neste: advised Neste in connection with regulatory matters related to the sale of biofuel on the Polish market as well as participation in the legislative process.

Engie (GDF Suez): ongoing advice to Engie (GDF Suez), a global leader in energy and natural resources production and distribution, on the regulatory aspects of its gas operations and trade in Poland.

Advising on public procurement procedures with respect to, inter alia, a toll collection system as well as road reconstruction and maintenance.

SAM S.A. (Atlantia Group): ongoing advice to motorway concessionaire SAM S.A. (Atlantia Group) in relation to  operating a motorway, performance of a concession agreement and related regulatory matters.

A major bank: advising a bank with respect to financing the development of a river terminal.

Wind farm operator: advising a wind farm operator with respect to the sale of a portfolio of wind farm projects.

PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A.: representation of Poland's biggest power producer on its PLN 4.51 billion (approximately US$1.2 billion) acquisition of the EDF Group's assets in Poland.
