Experience

Advised Arete Capital Partners on facilitating the introduction of a consortium of investors to Alta Zinc Ltd (ASX:AZI) to provide a cornerstone funding package.

Advised Elliott Green Power in relation to the acquisition of Nevertire Solar Farm in NSW. 

Acted for the management team of Talaria (formerly Wingate Asset Management) in its formation of holding company Talaria Capital and subsequent acquisition of Wingate Asset Management.

Acted for the management team of Noble Group Limited in Noble Group’s USD$3.5 billion debt-for-equity restructuring and advising on the separation and internal reorganisation of Noble Group’s business assets.

Advised an Uzbek mining and metallurgical company in its proposed corporate restructuring and privatization.  

Advised INPEX on its divestment of its joint venture stake in the Frade Oil Field to PetroRio. 

Acted for a project consortium in a public-private partnership with the South Australian Government to design, construct, commission, finance and maintain two birth to year 12 schools in South Australia. 

Acted for a syndicate of financiers in the AUD$862m refinancing of the Worsley Co-Generation Power Station.  

Acted for a Colombian airline in the refinancing of its fleet of aircraft
