Jillian is an associate in the Firm's International Arbitration practice. She represents private companies and foreign sovereigns in the resolution of complex disputes before international tribunals. Jillian has represented clients in proceedings before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and the PCA Arbitration Rules. She is actively involved in pro bono matters at the firm.
During law school, Jillian served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law and was a member of the Law and International Development Society. She represented a detained asylum-seeker while a student at the Center for Applied Legal Studies and worked as an intern at Freedom Now and Hogar Immigrant Services.
