Experience

Representation of SIBUR Holding on the disposal of a 40 percent interest in Amur Gas Chemical Complex (Amur GCC) to China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec), China's leading energy and chemical company, within the JV deal. Amur GCC's budget is tentatively estimated at US$10 billion to US$11 billion and is subject to adjustments as the project progresses.

Representation of Canon Medical Systems Corp., a Japanese medical equipment company, on its agreement with leading Russian healthcare provider R-Pharm Holding to establish a diagnostic imaging equipment joint venture that covers nine members of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), including Russia.

Representation of Bpifrance, a French sovereign fund, on a joint venture with Orpea SA (a global leading dependency care operator) and Russian Direct Investment Fund for the proposed establishment of Orpea-operated rehabilitation facilities and nursing homes in Russia.

Representation of a Chinese company in relation to the establishment of a joint venture with a Russian company and a US company.

Representation of O1 Group, a private investment holding company, on the sale of O1 Properties and FUTURE Financial Group.

Representation of Hines and PPF Real Estate, the leading foreign real estate investors in Russia, in their acquisition of the second tower of Metropolis center in Moscow, thus finalizing the process of acquisition of the whole complex. Total area of leasable office spaces is 33,572 sq m.

Representation of OBI group, one of the leaders in the DIY retail industry with more than 600 stores globally and 19 in Russia, in a EUR 80 Million acquisition of a 49% stake in Do-It-Yourself Limited Liability Company (Russia) bringing OBI group’s holding in the company to 100%.

Representation of MegaFon, a leading Russian telecommunications operator, in the US$ 740 million acquisition of a controlling stake in Mail.ru, one of the largest Internet companies in Russia.
