Representation of MegaFon, a leading Russian telecommunications operator, in the US$ 740 million acquisition of a controlling stake in Mail.ru, one of the largest Internet companies in Russia.

Representation of Naspers, the South African-based global internet and media company, in its US$1.2 billion investment to become the largest shareholder in Avito, the leading online classified platform in Russia.

Representation of Baring Vostok Capital Partners, one of the largest private equity firms focusing on Russia and the CIS in the sale of a 80% stake in the Viasat group of companies, a major Russian TV broadcasting business formerly part of the Modern Times Group, to CJSC National Media Group.

Representation of Baring Vostok Capital Partners in its acquisition of the Russian and international pay-TV channel businesses of Modern Times Group (MTG).

Representation of Naspers Capital Partners, a market-leading real estate investment and development company focusing on pioneering projects in emerging markets, in the sale of two office buildings (OB I and OB III) in the Metropolis Complex with a combined gross leasable area of 80,000 m², to a real estate fund managed by Hines, a US-based, privately owned, global real estate leader. The deal was named “Deal of the Year: Purchase-sale” at the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Moscow Awards 2016.
