Biography
Jiyeon represents clients in project financings related to energy transition and renewable energy assets. Jiyeon advises sponsors, developers, equity investors, commercial banks, and other financial institutions on complex transactions involving solar, wing, battery storage, carbon capture & sequestration, natural-gas and combine-cycle assets in the US.
She leverages an up-to-the-minute understanding of shifting legal and market landscapes to help clients navigate the complexities inherent in renewable energy and energy transition projects, including tax equity structures, financing mechanisms, and compliance requirements.
