White & Case advises Net Power on acquisition of 123 MW power generation equipment in Texas

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Net Power Inc. (NYSE: NPWR) (Net Power) on the signing of two agreements to acquire 123 MWs of new power generation equipment, which is expected to bring Net Power’s total potential power generation capacity to nearly 200 MWs for the first phase of Project Permian, its inaugural powered land project in Texas.
Net Power is an energy technology and infrastructure company focused on the development of natural gas power generation projects to meet growing demand for reliable, scalable power.
