Johanna Mayer

Johanna Mayer has been a member of the real estate practice group in the Frankfurt office since 2023.

She provides legal advice to national and international clients on all real estate-related matters, in particular relating to complex real estate transactions as well as negotiations of real property-related contracts including commercial leases and real estate financing. Her practice includes ongoing legal advice on landlords and real property owners in the context of real property and tenancy law, asset, property and facility management.

Johanna has already gained professional experience in the field of real estate law while working at White & Case in Frankfurt and Chicago as part of her legal traineeship.
