Jonathan Crookham is an associate in our global Employment, Compensation & Benefits group based in London.
Jonathan specialises in advising on the tax and legal implications of offering share awards to executives and employees of private and publically-traded companies (including companies operating in multiple jurisdictions) under long-term incentive plans, employee share plans, and management incentive plans.
Jonathan also has transaction experience, acting for buyers and sellers on private equity and corporate transactions, including advising on associated employee share award and retention issues.
Jonathan previously worked in similar roles in the Big 4 and at an international law firm.
