Joseph is an Associate within the EMEA private equity team in our Global M&A Practice and focuses on private equity acquisitions and equity investments. He has also advised on a broad range of corporate transactions (including domestic, cross-border and global mergers and acquisitions) and management teams in relation to the equity incentive arrangements.

Prior to joining White & Case, Joseph worked at an international law firm, where he spent a year on secondment at a leading Private Equity firm.

CVC Capital Partners, and an investment consortium including PSP Investments and StepStone, on their acquisition of a controlling stake in Recordati, an Italian pharmaceutical group, from the Recordati family
