Biography
Joe is a partner in White & Case's Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Practice group. He represents public and private companies, boards, shareholders, private equity firms and other investors in domestic and cross-border public and private mergers, acquisitions, sales, spin-offs, joint ventures and related financing transactions. Joe also advises domestic and foreign companies on general corporate law matters, including governance, disclosure and compliance matters.
Joe was recently recognized by American Lawyer as a "Young Lawyer of the Year Corporate Finalist" (2025), and as "The Next Generation" by Lawdragon 500 (2025). Previously known by Legal 500 as a "Rising Star" in middle-market mergers and acquisitions (2022) and as an "Emerging Leader" by The M&A Advisor (2021).
