Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nexans on its acquisition of Republic Wire, Inc. The transaction represents a total enterprise value of €680 million, with a further earn-out of up to €43 million potentially payable in 2028, based on performance through year-end 2027.
Listed on Euronext Paris, Nexans is the global pure player in sustainable electrification.
