Josh Hirschowitz

Josh is an associate in the Firm's Equity Capital Markets group in London. His experience includes representing investment banks and issuers on a range of cross-border capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary share issuances and other financings.

Josh spent six months working in the Firm's New York office, where his focus was on financial restructuring matters.
