Jowita Mieszkowska is an Associate in the Firm's International Arbitration Practice based in Geneva. Jowita's practice includes advising on high-value cross-border disputes in the construction, energy and financial institutions industries.
Jowita joined White & Case as a trainee in our London office, gaining experience in Commercial Litigation, Financial Restructuring and Insolvency, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Jowita is actively involved in White & Case's pro bono work in the area of public international law and human rights and has also represented appellants before the First Tier Disability Benefits Appeal Tribunal.
