Joy is an associate in the International Arbitration group in the Firm's New York office. She was on a secondment in the Firm's London office from 2020-2021. Her practice focuses on commercial and investment arbitration.
Joy has represented private parties and sovereign states before major arbitral forums including ICSID, ICDR, LCIA, and ICC, and under the UNCITRAL Rules and CPR Rules.
She has also been involved in various pro bono matters including death penalty appeals and immigration and juvenile criminal justice cases.
Joy graduated from Harvard Law School, where she served as Line Editor of the Harvard International Law Journal.
