Overview

Juan José Trevilla Fabregas joined White & Case in 2010. His practice focuses on advising clients in transactions within the capital markets area, such as: IPOs, securities offerings (debt, warrants, CKDs, CBFIs), securitizations (public and private), financings, as well as in mergers and acquisitions.

Juan José obtained his law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in 2011, and an LLM degree in international finance law from Kings College London in 2018.
