Justin Lee is an associate in the International Arbitration group. He advises clients in complex disputes involving both commercial and investor-state arbitrations and has experience across a number of sectors, including construction, oil and gas, mining, casino gaming and factoring. Justin has managed arbitrations under many of the major institutional rules, including ICC, ICSID, SIAC and AAA, and has published several articles on international arbitration.
Fluent in Spanish, Justin previously served as a foreign associate in the international arbitration group at Philippi, Prietocarrizosa, Ferrero DU & Uría, and as an adjunct professor of law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, both located in Santiago, Chile.
Justin began his legal career as an appellate attorney at the nationally acclaimed Public Defender Service for Washington, DC, and later was a litigation associate at another international law firm, also in Washington, DC.
