Biography
Justin is an associate in the EMEA Private Equity team within the firm's Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice and Global Private Capital Industry Group, based in London.
Justin's experience includes advising private equity houses and financial sponsor clients on a range of complex cross-border transactions including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, disposals, minority and co-investments, take-privates, corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory matters, as well as advising management teams in relation to equity incentive arrangements.
Justin joined the firm as a trainee, completing rotations in Debt Finance and International Arbitration in London. Justin was also seconded to Blackstone in 2023 and to the Firm's New York office in 2025.

Representation of Goldman Sachs Asset Management on its majority investment in Synthon, a global leader in complex generic drug development and manufacturing, from funds advised by BC Partners.
Representation of MidEuropa on its sale of leading European ophthalmology platform Optegra, an operator of an extensive network of 70+ eye hospitals, to EssilorLuxottica.
Reperesentation of La Caisse (CDPQ) on the sale of its stake in Heathrow Airport as part of Ardian and PIF’s acquisition of a 37.62% stake.
Representation of Sixth Street on the financing for Thoma Bravo’s acquisition of Software as a Service (SaaS) company Hypergene.
Representation of ConvergeOne (C1), a global IT services provider, on various exit financings related to its Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Representation of Deutsche Bank on various NAV and back-leverage facilities to private capital funds.
