Justine Marie is an associate in the Firm's Financial Institutions Advisory practice group in Paris.
She covers all banking and financial law matters, in particular those involving banking and financial regulation, as well as on disciplinary and judicial litigation.
Before joining White & Case in 2022, she worked as an associate in an international law firm and as a financial in-house lawyer in a French major financial institution.
She has acquired particular experience in litigation since she worked at the Chamber of Economic and Financial Regulation of the Court of Appeal of Paris, which is competent in matters of appeals against decisions handed down by the Sanctions Commission of the French Financial Markets Authority.
Justine also was a lecturer in banking law, securities law and contract law at the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
