Overview

Katarina Düring focuses on Swedish and international arbitration and litigation proceedings. She regularly assists clients in all stages of disputes and holds seminars on various topics for clients on a regular basis.

Katarina has represented clients before Swedish courts as well as international and Swedish arbitral tribunals. Katarina has extensive experience from disputes in various areas, such as rental and charter agreements, energy and M&A. Her particular focus is construction and insurance disputes. Katarina received a mention in The Legal 500 Europe 2018, Insurance, with clients describing her as 'very analytical and always efficient'.

Katarina joined White & Case as an associate in 2013. Prior to joining White & Case she served as a law clerk at the District Court of Södertörn in Stockholm.
