Kate advises international and domestic clients on complex employment, compensation and benefits law issues, including employment contracts and executive service agreements, consultancy arrangements, board appointments, executive compensation, termination of employment, outsourcing arrangements, large-scale restructuring, and redundancy procedures.
Kate has advised on the employment, compensation and benefits aspects of a number of corporate transactions, including a number of IPOs.
