Kathleen McConchie is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.

Kathleen has extensive experience advising across a broad range of corporate matters for both domestic and international clients including private and public mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, reorganisations and corporate governance and advisory matters.

Kathleen is admitted to practice in New Zealand and has, in addition to her United Kingdom experience, extensive M&A and corporate experience obtained in the Irish and New Zealand markets.
