Katie Stuart is a Commercial Litigation associate and a member of the Global Technology Industry Group at White & Case LLP. She advises multinational technology and social media companies in international litigation and regulatory investigations concerning privacy, data protection, consumer protection, defamation, hate speech, and intermediary liability claims.
Prior to joining White & Case LLP, Katie worked in the Los Angeles office of a bi-coastal law firm where she represented clients in business and entertainment disputes, including defamation, unfair competition, intellectual property, and contract claims in complex commercial litigation and arbitration in the United States.
