Keith is an associate in White & Case's global M&A practice, based in Chicago.
Keith represents companies and private equity firms in connection with corporate transactions spanning a wide variety of industries across the globe. Keith focuses his practice on representing strategic and financial buyers and sellers in various transactions including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring, and growth equity investments.
Experience
Representation of VPC Impact Acquisition Holdings III, Inc. (NYSE: VPCC), a SPAC sponsored by Victory Park Capital, in its US$4 billion business combination with Dave Inc., a financial platform.
Representation of Michael Polsky, founder and controlling manager of Invenergy Renewables Holdings LLC, the largest private renewable energy company in North America, in an approximately US$3 billion equity investment from Blackstone, Inc. (NYSE: BX), the world's largest alternative asset manager.
