Kelly represents clients in technology and intellectual property matters and has experience with a variety of transactions, from start-ups and spin-offs to large corporate transactions, where she assists with the technology and intellectual property aspects of M&A transactions. She has represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including branded consumer goods, technology, energy, media, and life sciences, among others.

Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: OXY), on the development of STRATOS, the world's largest Direct Air Capture (DAC) facility. Occidental has formed a joint venture with BlackRock Inc., the world's largest asset manager, in connection with the STRATOS project with BlackRock investing US$550 million into the joint venture.

Ross Acquisition Corp. II, a SPAC founded by former Secretary of Commerce, Wilbur L. Ross, Jr., on its US$280 million combination with APRINOIA Therapeutics Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's Disease and Progressive Supranuclear Palsy.

Green Cross Holdings Corporation (KOSPI: 005250), the holding company for GC Group in South Korea with major operating companies across healthcare sectors, in its US$73 million pending acquisition of 100 percent of the shares of BioCentriq, Inc., a pioneering US-based contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) that designs and develops scalable cell and gene technologies.

QH Oil Investments LLC, an affiliate of Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), on its investment in the US$289 million Series C fundraising of Tessera Therapeutics Inc., an early-stage life sciences company founded by Flagship Pioneering that is pioneering Gene Writing, which was co-led by Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation, Altitude Life Science Ventures, and SoftBank Vision Fund 2.
