Biography

Kelsey Greenagel is an associate in White & Case's New York office and a member of the Firm's Global Antitrust/Competition Group. Kelsey's practice focuses on complex antitrust litigation matters, antitrust counseling, and investigations before US competition agencies. Kelsey has represented clients across a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, real estate, retail, and telecommunications. Kelsey has experience representing both plaintiff- and defendant-side clients, and has defended clients against class action claims and allegations of price-fixing.

Kelsey also maintains an active pro bono practice, including a trial victory in the Rand v. State education funding case against the State of New Hampshire.

Kelsey earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School where she served as Managing Executive Editor of the Michigan Journal of Law Reform and as a co-president of the Michigan European Law Organization. Kelsey earned her BA from the George Washington University and graduated summa cum laude.
