Biography
Overview
Kemar is an associate in White & Case's Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group in the Houston office. Kemar primarily advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity investments, joint ventures, cross-border transactions and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Kemar was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of a leading domestic law firm.
Prior to business school and law school, Kemar worked for a major US airline and in the banking sector.

Representation of a publicly traded Special Purpose Acquisition Company in closing its business combination with target.*
Representation of an investment management company in the restructuring of an entity in its portfolio.*
Representation of an investment group on an asset sale.*
Representation of the subsidiary of a publicly traded company in the sales of its membership interest in the subsidiary and its affiliates.*
Representation of and drafting of the incorporation documents for a new Maryland non-profit organization to secure incorporation and 501(c)3 status.*
