  • Advised various government entities in relation to regulatory initiatives and projects, transformation projects, legislative drafting and public policy matters.
  • Advised the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) on its SAR 96 billion initial public offering on the Main Market of the Saudi Stock Exchange.
  • Advised the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) on the acquisition of 70% shareholding in the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC).
  • Advised Hassana Investment Company (in its capacity as one of the lead investors) in connection with the acquisition of 49% equity stake in the Aramco Gas Pipelines Company.*
  • Advised the Saudi Electricity Company in relation to the joint venture with the Public Investment Fund to develop electric vehicle infrastructure in KSA.*
  • Advised Abdullah Hashim Industrial Gases and Equipment in connection with the acquisition of Air Liquide Al Khafra Industrial Gases Factory.*
  • Advised the founding shareholders in Karam Beirut Restaurants in relation to the sale of 73% equity stake to Gulf Japan Food Fund.
  • Advised a shareholder in Arabian Contracting Services Company (Al Arabia) in relation to the sale of 5% equity stake to MBC Group.
  • Advised an investment arm of a government entity in relation to various real estate joint venture transactions.*
  • Advised Goldman Sachs Saudi Arabia and J.P. Morgan Saudi Arabia Company, as financial advisers, bookrunners and underwriters, GIB Capital as senior bookrunner and underwriter, and NCB Capital Company as lead manager, bookrunner and underwriter, on the initial public offering of supermarket Bin-Dawood Holding Company.
  • Advised the underwriters and bookrunners in relation to the US$400 million initial public offering of Arabian Contracting Services Company (Al Arabia) on the Main Market of the Saudi Stock Exchange.
