Klara is an Associate in the Firm's Corporate/M&A group, specializing in cross-border and national M&A transactions as well as corporate law matters.

Prior to joining the Firm as an Associate, Klara gained professional experience as a research assistant and legal trainee in the Firm's Frankfurt and New York offices, where she was involved in high-profile transactions. She studied law at the Philipps-University of Marburg.
