Kyle Jackson

Kyle Jackson is an associate (not admitted in Japan) in our Corporate/M&A practice, based in Tokyo. He has supported Japanese and international clients on a wide range of cross-border transactions, in particular M&A, joint ventures and strategic alliances, licensing, and supply and distribution arrangements, often involving multijurisdictional elements.

Prior to joining White & Case, he was an associate in the Tokyo office of a leading international law firm where he was involved in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions. He also served as in-house legal counsel for a leading Japanese chemical company, where he was primarily responsible for the execution of international acquisitions, joint ventures, and joint development projects.
