Overview
Lachlan Jolly is an Associate in the Firm's Debt Finance Practice in London. Lachlan's practice focusses primarily on advising financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on leveraged finance transactions, restructurings and general bank lending. Prior to joining White & Case, Lachlan worked at a multinational law firm in Australia where he advised major local and international banks, non-bank financial institutions and corporate borrowers in relation to a wide range of financing transactions, including property, development, corporate and acquisition finance.
