Overview
Ladislav Chundela is a counsel in our Prague office and a member of our global Real Estate practice. He focuses on corporate law, M&A, real estate and construction matters, litigation, arbitration and foreign investments.
Ladislav regularly supports Czech and international investors at various stages of acquisitions and disposals in addition to providing general corporate advice.
Ladislav has a long history of representing major clients, such as Generali Real Estate, KGAL, LaSalle Investment Management, ECE Real Estate, Prologis, and Arx Equity Partners in various transactions including mergers & acquisitions, private equity and corporate law.
Experience
The shareholders of Wendell electronics, a Czech producer of custom electronics, in the sale of 100% of their shares in the company to BB Electronics, a leading supplier of electronics manufacturing, EMS services, based in Denmark.
Fermat Group, a leading producer of horizontal boring mills in the Czech Republic, in its acquisition of US-based, Lucas Precision, its primary distributor and provider of maintenance services in the US market.
Arx Equity Partners, a private equity firm focusing on the growth of mid-sized companies in Central Europe, in its acquisition of Nutricia Deva, a Czech Republic based producer of baby fruit desserts and fruit drinks.
KGAL Investment Management, a leading independent investment and asset manager with an investment volume of €20.5 billion, in connection with the acquisition of the DRN building in central Prague from the Czech developer Sebre.
KGAL Investment Management on the acquisition of the Charles Square Center in Prague, which includes offices, retail, restaurants and healthcare space, from Commerz Real.
ECE Real Estate Partners and Rockspring Property Investment Managers, leading real estate fund managers, on their sale of Olympia shopping center, in the Czech city of Brno, to Deutsche EuroShop for €374 million.
