Biography
Overview
Laurent is an associate in the Frankfurt office's Debt Finance group.
His experience includes advising banks, alternative lenders, private equity investors and corporates in relation to bank, corporate and real estate finance transactions.
Before joining the firm in 2021, Laurent gained practical experience as a trainee lawyer in the Frankfurt office's M&A/Corporate group as well at another leading law firm. As trainee lawyer he also worked in Brussels and the Middle East.
