Fluent in French and English, Léa Vallois works on both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, for both listed and unlisted companies, as well as corporate restructurings and partnerships.
She also works on securities law in connection with takeover bids and corporate governance.
Prior to joining White & Case in 2025, Léa worked at a high-profile law firm in Paris.
