Lenvin Tan is an associate in White & Case's Asia-Pacific Debt Finance practice, based in Singapore.
He has experience advising banks and borrowers on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financings, including syndicated loans, leveraged and acquisition financings, and corporate finance transactions.

- A bank in a US$100 million facility for a leading Asia-based shipping and logistics group, for the acquisition of vessels flagged across Asia, Africa and Europe.*
- A bank in a US$15 million facility for a Singapore-based investment holding company, for the acquisition of shares in an Indian-based target company.*
- A global leader in pipeline cladding as borrower in its US$60 million financing with a French private credit lender.*
Fund Finance
- A multi-asset management firm as borrower in its refinancing of a US$750 million facility agreement with a bank under a fund financing structure.*
Corporate Finance
- The mandated lead arranger in its upsizing and syndication of its US$200 million facility for various entities across Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines.*
- A bank in the US$110 million multicurrency green facility for an Indonesia-based paper production company to finance its expansion of various production facilities.*
- A bank in a US$50 million framework facility agreement for a leading Vietnam-based securities company.*
