SES-imagotag (2017)

Representation of SES-imagotag, a specialist in digital solutions for retail commerce and global leader in smart digital labels, on the labour aspects of a proposed partnership and transfer of a majority stake to BOE Technology Group for approximately €410 million.

Casino (2016)

Advising Casino on the creation of a joint central purchasing agency for non-food products with Conforama, one of the major home furnishings retailers in Europe.

Orange (2016)

Representation of Orange, one of the world’s leading telecommunications operators, on its acquisition of 65 percent stake in Groupama Banque, which will become Orange Bank.

FRHI Holdings Limited (2016)

Representation of FRHI Holdings Limited (FRHI), Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) and Kingdom Holding Company of Saudi Arabia (Kingdom) on the US$2.9 billion stock-and-cash sale of FRHI, the parent company of luxury hotel brands Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel, to AccorHotels (Accor).

Orange (2015)

Advising the principal French national telecoms carrier and one of the world’s largest corporations, on its acquisition of an additional 9 percent of Moroccan operator Meditel capital. Fipar-Holding (the Moroccan Caisse de Depot et de Gestion group), FinanceCom and Orange signed the final documentation increasing Orange's interest in Meditel, the Moroccan telecommunications operator, in application of the agreements they signed in December 2010.
