Leo Watanabe

Leo Watanabe is an associate in our Corporate/M&A practice, based in Tokyo. He has extensive experience in corporate, M&A, private equity and finance transactions.

Leo previously worked at leading law firms in Tokyo including a "Big Four" Japanese law firm where he advised on a wide range of cross-border and domestic M&A and finance transactions. He has also worked at the Bank of Japan.

He is a member of Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
