Overview

Leonardo is a Commercial Litigation associate in the Firm's Los Angeles office. His domestic and international practice focuses on defending a wide range of multinational clients in complex business, contract, and employment disputes. With a particular focus on technology and social media industries, Leonardo has experience advising companies on issues of intermediary liability, defamation, breach of contract, unfair competition, and cybersecurity.

Leonardo is a core team member of several pro bono matters, and he has committed himself to cases involving issues of constitutional rights violations, police misconduct, social security benefits, and guardianship rights.

Prior to joining White & Case, Leonardo externed with the Preliminary Hearing Unit at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. He graduated from Loyola Law School, cum laude, Order of the Coif, and competed on the nationally ranked Byrne Trial Team.
