Leticia Calbacho is an Associate in the Firm's Global M&A / Corporate Group in Madrid.
Her practice is focused on cross-border and domestic M&A and private equity transactions. She has advised in a variety of general corporate work, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, co-investments, mergers, and corporate restructurings, across different industries. She has extensive experience in managing multi-jurisdictional transactions and teams.

Waterland Private Equity on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Indra Business Consulting, S.L. and its group of companies, with presence in Spain, Mexico, Peru, Italy, Brazil, Colombia and Dubai from Indra Holding Tecnologías de la Información (a company fully owned by the Spanish listed Company Indra Sistemas, S.A.). The acquired business is a strategic and technology consulting division.
