Leticia Calbacho is an Associate in the Firm's Global M&A / Corporate Group in Madrid.
Her practice is focused on cross-border and domestic M&A and private equity transactions. She has advised in a variety of general corporate work, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, co-investments, mergers, and corporate restructurings, across different industries. She has extensive experience in managing multi-jurisdictional transactions and teams.
