Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank on its issuance of the Premium Green PLC Series 2017-2 Balance Sheet Notes due 2029, a landmark US$3 billion synthetic securitisation of project finance, asset finance and infrastructure loans.

Akbank Remittances Securitisation Programme (future flow securitisation – Turkey) and several issuances.

European Investment Bank, Nordic Investment Bank and a group of commercial lenders including ING Belgium SA/NV, Nordea Bank Finland Plc, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB, The Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd., UniCredit Bank AG London Branch and UniCredit Bank Austria AG on financing construction of a new industrial combined heat and power (CHP) plant in Kilpilahti, Finland that will supply heat to the oil refinery and chemicals plant on the same site. In the arrangement, Neste Oyj will transfer its existing power plant to Kilpilahti Power Plant Limited (KPP) which will be owned by Neste Oyj (40 percent), Veolia Energie International SA (40 percent) and Borealis AG (20 percent). In Porvoo, KPP will build a new combined heat and power plant which is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 20 percent. The total investment value of the plant is approximately €400 million.

Consortium of senior lenders consisting of Rabobank as Mandated Lead Arranger and other European banks as Lenders, on the provision to Belwind NV of approximately €400 million in funding for the refinancing of a 165 megawatt operational offshore wind farm located on the Bligh Bank, about 46km off the Belgian coast.
