Biography
Overview
Lily Teh is an associate in our global Tax practice based in London.
Lily has a range of experience advising corporate clients in respect of the tax aspects of cross-border investment and structuring, structured and cross-border finance (including CLOs), and corporate transactions and restructurings.
Lily has spent time working in our Tokyo office and on a client secondment to the Olympia Group of companies in Greece.
Prior to joining White & Case, Lily worked as an auditor with one of the Big Four accounting firms in Singapore, and worked with companies in the funds, tech and manufacturing sectors.

Representation of Play Communications S.A. and its €1 billion initial public offering on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Representation of a leading US credit fund on its £150 million loan to a leading mid-market private equity firm.
Representation of a leading European bank on its €375 million arrangement of collateralised loan obligations.
Representation of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc on the sale of its UK banking subsidiary to MBU Capital.
Representation of SPIE on the sale of its UK's mobile maintenance activities to Rcapital Partners LLP.
