In addition to his private equity expertise, Linford has experience in a range of corporate and capital markets transactions, including international M&A, joint ventures, block trades, high yield bond offerings and corporate reorganisations. Prior to joining White & Case, Linford worked for US top tier firms for more than five years, during which time he was seconded to the legal team at Blackstone.
