Advised CVC Capital Partners on a €1 billion bank/bond financing for the acquisition of Italian gaming and payments company Sisal Group S.p.A. from funds advised by Permira, Apax Partners and Clessidra.*

Advised EQT Partners on the financing for the acquisition of Kuoni Travel Holding Ltd.*

Advised a syndicate of banks with HSBC as lead arranger in relation to the £935 million term loan facility and £75 million revolving credit facility provided to Yildiz Holding for the acquisition of United Biscuits.*

Advised Wagamama in connection with its issue of £150 million senior secured notes offering and £15 million super senior revolving credit facility.*

Advised a syndicate of banks in relation to the £485 million corporate loan facility provided to Bakkavor Group to refinance its existing bank debt and redemption of all outstanding senior secured notes.*

Advised National Australia Bank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Westpac as lead arrangers in relation to an AUD$1.25billion revolving cash advance facility to a leading listed healthcare company. *

Advised Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited in relation to an AUD$175 million revolving facility to a leading listed media company.*
