Overview
Liselotte Grönlund advises clients in the field of corporate and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and bank finance transactions.
Liselotte joined White & Case in 2022 after her graduation from law school. She was previously an Associate Trainee with the firm.
Experience
Representation of Nexans S.A. (Euronext Paris: NEX), one of the world's leading suppliers of cable technologies and services, on its EUR 53 million acquisition of Reka Cables Ltd., a Finnish cable manufacturer, from Reka Industrial Plc (NASDAQ OMX Helsinki: REKA).
Representation of Evolver Equity, a Finnish private equity investor specialized in Nordic small-cap buyouts, on the acquisition of a controlling interest in Finnish innovation funding consultancy Spinverse Oy. Spinverse is the Finnish champion and Nordic leader in managing and bringing together large, industry-led R&D&I projects and ecosystems with focus on digitalization and green transition. With offices in Finland and Sweden, Spinverse helps clients in the Nordics and beyond solve global challenges through public funding.
