Overview
Lorenzo Suzzi is a member of the White & Case Italian practice. His main area of practice is corporate law.
Lorenzo's representative transactions include assistance to major financial institutions in project finance transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector and assistance to corporate and private equity clients on acquisitions/disposals of companies and businesses operating mainly in the energy and infrastructure sector.
Prior to joining White & Case Lorenzo practiced as legal intern in two major international law firms in Milan and then joined the Firm as a trainee in May 2022.
