Biography

Louis Mandeville is an associate in the Intellectual Property and Information Technology practice of White & Case in Paris.

He advises and represents French and international clients across multiple advisory and litigation matters, with a particular focus on intellectual property, information technology, internet law, and data protection. Drawing on deep expertise at the crossroads of law, technology, and innovation, Louis brings a rigorous and strategic approach to some of the most complex and fast-evolving legal challenges faced by clients across diverse industry sectors.

Louis' practice encompasses the full range of IP matters, including copyrights, trademarks, and designs, as well as sophisticated IT agreements such as software licenses, systems integration, outsourcing, ASP, SaaS, and cloud computing contracts.

He also advises clients on e-commerce, platforms and intermediaries regulation, as well as on compliance with French and EU data and cybersecurity regulations.

Prior to joining White & Case, Louis gained extensive experience in the IP/IT departments of leading international law firms in New York and Paris, building a solid foundation across both contentious and non-contentious matters.
