Louise Duvernois joined the White & Case Paris real estate team in 2012. Before joining White & Case, she worked for four years in the real estate department of a leading French law firm.
She concentrates on both private and public real estate law, notably real estate sales transactions, transfer and acquisition of property assets, commercial leases, construction contracts, real estate promotion operations, administrative authorizations and environmental law. Louise Duvernois advises both French and foreign companies.
Represented Cardif, Diversipierre and Sogecap, the life insurance companies of BNP Paribas and Société Générale, in relation to their own account equity investment to acquire a portfolio of 6,800+ residential properties located in France.
Representation of a consortium of investors led by Amundi Immobilier in connection with the acquisition of the largest European office complex named "Coeur Défense", in La Défense, owned by Lone Star.
