Biography
Overview
Lowrie Robertson is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London. Lowrie is a member of the Private Equity team in London.
Lowrie focuses on private equity acquisitions, equity investments and joint ventures and represents sovereign wealth funds, corporates and private equity funds.
Lowrie qualified in 2020, after completing our two year trainee solicitor programme. She has spent time working in the Capital Markets and Bank Finance departments in London in addition to the Firm’s New York office where she worked in the Corporate M&A team.
Lowrie has also spent time on secondment at GSO Capital Partners.
Experience
Representation of The Carlyle Group on:
- its acquisition of a majority stake in Memsource, a leading translation software provider in the Czech Republic
- its investment in Unifrutti Group, a global leader in the production, marketing and distribution of fresh fruit
Representation of Hg, the specialist private equity investor focused on software and service businesses, in its investment in Intelerad Medical Systems, a leading global provider of medical imaging software and enterprise workflow solutions
Representation of Mid Europa Partners on its acquisition of Urgent Cargus, a Romanian–based courier business from Abris Capital Partners
