Luboš is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice group of the Prague office. He joined the Firm as an advocate trainee after more than two years of experience in the Prague office of a leading international law firm.
Luboš regularly advises major financial institutions and borrowers on both domestic and international syndicated financing transactions, including acquisition, project development and asset financing, as well as on insolvency-related issues.
Luboš also has comprehensive technological and legal expertise in the telecommunications sector, with a focus on IT infrastructure, gained through his long-term involvement in the setting-up and management of a regional telecommunications operator.
In addition, Luboš has extensive expertise in aircraft asset finance, where he has advised on the Czech law aspects of numerous global securitization transactions.
Advising Ceske Radiokomunikace (Macquarie Group) with respect to corporate restructuring and the refinancing of existing acquisition indebtedness provided by syndicate of international lenders.
Advising UniCredit in connection with financing the acquisition of a portfolio of fertility laboratories and clinics by PRONATAL medical group, and related mezzanine financing.
Representing a Czech sponsor in connection with the international co‑production, distribution and financing of the film entitled "Anthropoid".
Representing J&T bank and a syndicate of lenders in connection with the provision of umbrella group financing to Emma Capital Group.
Advising Komercni banka and a club of lenders on the provision of working capital and development and investment facilities to WITTE Automotive Czech Republic.
Representing a syndicate of lenders in relation to the refinancing and development financing of ACTHERM (energy and heat provider in Chomutov).
